4. Points and Earning Activities

Points may remain pending until associated activities are verified. Points from cancelled, returned, fraudulent, or ineligible transactions may be reversed without notice.

6. Redemption

Reward availability, redemption thresholds, conversion rates, and processing times are subject to change. Completed redemptions may generally not be reversible except as required by applicable law or due to technical error.

7. Referrals

Referral bonuses are only credited when eligible conditions are met. Fraudulent referrals or violations of referral terms may result in point forfeiture and account suspension.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in illegal activities, fraud, abuse, harassment, or attempts to manipulate the Platform. Violations may result in account termination.

9. Account Suspension

Kadiop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at its sole discretion for operational reasons.

10. Third-Party Providers

Rewards may be provided by third-party partners. Your interaction with third-party reward providers is governed by their terms and policies, which are your responsibility to review.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Kadiop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Kadiop does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or performance of the Platform or any specific earning or reward opportunities.

13. Limitation of Liability

Kadiop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of such possibility.
