Understanding how points and rewards are managed
Points
Points are virtual reward units and are not automatically equivalent to cash or legal tender. Points have value only within the Kadiop Platform as a medium for exchanging eligible rewards. Points cannot be converted to currency except as specifically provided through available cashback options, if any.
Reward Redemptions
Completed reward redemptions are generally not reversible or refundable after processing has been initiated, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the terms of the relevant reward provider. If you have concerns about a specific redemption, please contact our support team at support@kadiop.in
Failed Redemptions
If an eligible redemption fails due to a technical error, system issue, or third-party provider malfunction, Kadiop may investigate the issue and, where appropriate, restore eligible points to your account or facilitate redemption through alternative means.
Cancelled or Returned Transactions
Points generated from cancelled, returned, reversed, or otherwise ineligible transactions will be adjusted or reversed accordingly. This includes purchases that are refunded by merchants or payment processors.
Fraudulent Activity
Points associated with prohibited, fraudulent, or suspicious activities may be removed from your account according to the Terms of Service. Accounts engaged in fraud may be permanently suspended.
Third-Party Rewards
Specific gift cards, cashback services, and partner rewards may have additional terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by their respective providers. Please review the terms of each reward option before redemption.
